The Discord prompt is an optional community invite. It does not gate startup or join a Discord server. The user chooses to copy/open the invite or continue; the library does not launch a browser by itself.

Show it after window creation

Set DiscordPrompt on the root window options to opt in. The prompt appears after the window is created; omitting the option disables it.
UI:Create(spec) and the root of UI:Launch(spec) also accept DiscordPrompt. The default is one prompt per normalized invite during the lifetime of this Gabibou UI library instance; nothing is saved to disk.

Open it after a user action

Use window:PromptDiscord(...) when you want to control when the modal appears. Passing a string is the shortest form; an options table lets you customize the text and copy action.
It returns true after opening. It returns false, reason if the window was destroyed, another modal is open, or the invite was already shown while OncePerSession was enabled.

Customize text and repeat behavior

Defaults are Title = "Join the community", Content = "Join the Gabibou UI community for updates and help.", JoinText = "Copy invite", ContinueText = "Not now", and OncePerSession = true. OncePerSession is in-memory only and applies per normalized invite for the life of the library instance; set it to false to allow the same invite again. Open(url) and Copy(url) run only after the user clicks the invite action. Use Open only when your runtime provides an explicit open-link callback. A callback returning nil or true is success; false or an exception keeps the prompt open and reports a status. Without a callback, the library tries its existing clipboard function. If no clipboard is available, the invite stays visible in a selectable field for manual copying, including in Studio. No callback or browser open happens automatically. The modal always shows the fixed credit Gabibou UI · by Gabibou, even if the window watermark is hidden. It is separate from the window watermark and carries no third-party project attribution. For defaults and the full option shape, see API reference and Notifications and confirmation.
